Matchday 26 saw us thrash OFI with a largely second team XI. The only down point was Saviola going off injured in the 33rd minute. His replacement was Scepovic who had a great game and got his hat-trick in the remaining 60 minutes or so.

Saviola is now rated doubtful for the Manure game but we'll see for sure when the teams are announced on Monday.

We had a very one sided match yesterday where we trounced Platanias by four goals to two. Unfortunately we had to wait for the scoring to properly start until the 70th minute or so but we had multiple attempts on the Platanias goal until then.

The game was notable for seeing the first goal at from Valdez and Perez whilst emerging star Olaitan scored yet another. On loan Vlachodimos scored from a great shot as a consolation for the visitors but all in all it was a very good game from us.

The team of 18 players for tonights game against Panionios was announced yesterday. There's no real surprises - Nelson Valdez is injured (already!), Perez makes his debut and Bong is dropped because he's shit.

Επειδή το παραμύθι κούρασε ήρθε η ώρα να μιλήσουμε κι εμείς. Πτώση στις πωλήσεις των εισιτηρίων του Ολυμπιακού; Ναι ΑΛΛΑ ΟΧΙ ΜΟΝΟ, κατευθυνόμενοι μισθοφόροι ΑΡΔ. 

Είναι γεγονός ότι έχουν πέσει οι πωλήσεις εισιτηρίων του Θρύλου συγκριτικά με τα αμέσως προηγούμενα χρόνια. Όντως το ξέρουμε, το ζούμε το βλέπουμε. Έχουν όμως πέσει ΟΛΩΝ τα εισιτηρία γεγονός που φαίνεται από τα επίσημα στοιχεία της διοργανώτριας τα οποία όμως τα χρησιμοποιούν μόνο εις βάρος του Ολυμπιακού τα ΑΡΔακια. 

Ας δούμε πρώτα τα στοιχεία των 3 τελευταίων χρόνων (και φέτος μέχρι στιγμής) κι ας μιλήσουμε ανοιχτά στη συνέχεια.

Τι βλέπουμε κοιτώντας την αντίστοιχη πρώτη τριάδα;

Βλέπουμε πτώση στον Θρύλο; ΝΑΙ βλέπουμε. Υπάρχει τίποτα που πρέπει να λάβουμε αρχικά υπόψη μας; ΝΑΙ, ΕΧΟΥΜΕ ΠΑΙΞΕΙ MONO ΕΝΑ ΝΤΕΡΜΠΙ!! Αν αυτό λέει κάτι...

Έχουμε άλλη πτώση; ΝΑΙ έχουμε και παρότι φέτος τουλάχιστον τα συνδεσμιακά διαρκείας δε μπορεί να πει κανείς ότι είναι ακριβά ούτε γενικότερα τα εισιτήρια τουλάχιστον του πετάλου, ναι ξαναλέω έχουμε πτώση. 

Το περιμέναμε; ΝΑΙ ΤΟ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΑΜΕ! Είναι απλά τα πράγματα, ο κόσμος έχει τεράστια οικονομικά προβλήματα, ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΑ! 
Όταν μέσα στο σύνδεσμο στα 100 άτομα οι 70 δεν έχουν δουλειά (και υπάρχουν παραδείγματα με μεγαλύτερα ποσοστά) δεν έχουν ούτε τα 10 ευρώ ούτε τα 5 ούτε το 1ευρώ να διαθέσουν. Και δε το λέω με την λογική του πελάτη, όταν δεν έχει λεφτά ούτε να πας να πάρεις τα βασικά... ΦΑΓΗΤΟ ΡΕ ΠΟΥΤΑΝΕΣ για το σπίτι σου, Ε ΝΑΙ ακόμη και την αρρώστα σου τον Θρύλο δε μπορείς να τον καλύψεις. Δεν είναι οι καιροί του "θα τα καταφέρω", ο κόσμος και ειδικά ο κόσμος από τις λαϊκές γειτονιές που κατά παράδοση στηρίζει το Θρύλο έχει τεράστια προβλήματα! 

Θα μου πεις δεν έχουμε άλλα προβλήματα; ΝΑΙ ΕΧΟΥΜΕ! Το ξέρουμε και δε κρυβόμαστε πίσω από κανένα δάχτυλο. Δε νομίζω ότι αυτά ρίξανε όμως το μέσο όρος φέτος. Άλλωστε η πτώση δεν αφορά μόνο το πέταλο.. αφορά όλες τις θύρες. 

Το να ακούω όμως δικαιολογίες τύπου μεταγραφών ή ομάδας για εμένα είναι αστείο. Έχουμε περάσει τα αίσχη κάποια χρόνια πριν και ο κόσμος στήριζε παρά τις τραγικές διοικήσεις του παρελθόντος. Άσε δε που η ομάδα μπορεί να μη βγάζει το συναίσθημα που έβγαζε τα 80s αλλά κανείς δε το βγάζει. Άλλαξε ο κόσμος άλλαξαν οι καιροί για ΌΛΟΥΣ, όχι μόνο για εμάς. 

Πιτσιρικαρία που δεν έχει ιδέα από μια εκδρομή και το τι σημαίνει οπαδός. Κυριλάτοι που μπήκανε στα γήπεδα από φίλο που έχει προσκλήσεις και την βγάζουν έτσι κάθε εβδομάδα σε όλα τα γήπεδα της λίγκας και άλλα πολλά παραδείγματα.

Πάμε όμως πίσω στους άλλους...

Κόψαμε λίγα εισιτήρια με τον Παναιτωλικό λέει. Όντως το είδα και με πείραξε κι εμένα. Αλήθεια όμως πόσα έκοψε ο παοκ στα δύο προηγούμενα παιχνίδια; Μήπως λιγότερα και στα δύο μαζί από όσα κόψαμε εμείς στο παιχνίδι αυτό; 

Έχουν παίξει η βου τα ίδια παιχνίδια με το Θρύλο, έχουν παίξει τα ντέρμπι στο γήπεδο τους και είναι 3.000 κάτω από εμάς σε μέσο όρο και μιλάμε για τον Ολυμπιακό;;; Την χρονιά που θα πηγαίνανε για πρωτάθλημα (γελάνε και οι μπουγάτσες) τα καρντάσια;;!! 

Αμ οι λαγοί;;;!! Που όταν εμείς κάναμε κουμάντο και καθαρίσαμε τον ερασιτέχνη ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟ αυτοί μιλάγανε για μέλη και καπέλα και τώρα στήνουν πάγκους για να βγει το χαρτζηλίκι;; Αυτός ο γαμάτος λαός πορδών και αδερφών που για καμια εφεδιάρικη αντιτζιγκερική πορεία είναι πρώτος αλλά στις πράξεις τελευταίος;;!! Που είναι ρε τα γατάκια;; 

Για ποιον να μιλήσετε ρε κουφάλες ΑΡΔ;; ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ ΘΡΥΛΟ;;

Ξεκολλάτε μάγκες και μη τους διαβάζετε ΟΛΟΥΣ. Όλοι παιχνίδια παίζουνε. Κοιτάτε το ποιο σημαντικό, την ΟΜΑΔΑ. Πάει καλά και στα αρχίδια μας αν οι άλλοι είναι για τα μπάζα. Σιγά το ανταγωνιστικό πρωτάθληα και το πρόβλημα του Θρύλου.

Το είδαμε και αυτό όταν ήταν στα ντουζένια τους οι άλλοι. Τι έκανε τότε στην ευρώπη ο Θρύλος από αυτά που κάνει τα τελευταία χρόνια; Μην ακούτε τι σας πασάρουν για να φυτοζωήσουν... 

Ασχοληθείτε με την ομάδα. ΕΚΕΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ ΜΑΣ. Ασχολούμαστε περισσότερο πλέον με το τι και πως θα πούμε και θα φωνάξουμε (και μπράβο μας) αλλά δε μπορούμε να αφήσουμε τον κάθε τυχαίο να κουνιέται στο Καραϊσκάκης. 

Πάμε να το κάνουμε πάλι φωτιά όπως πρέπει ακόμη και με τον μικρότερο αντίπαλο. Γιατί είμαστε ΖΟΥΛΟΥ... 

ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΡΕ ΜΟΥΝΙΑ!!

In the last couple of days we saw the largest Greek transfer to date when Kostas Mitroglou was sold to Fulham for €15m. The offer was too large to turn down to be honest and we've got €14.85m profit from him. Very nice and I wish him all the best in Fulham.

Obviously we need to replace him and his replacement comes in the shape of Paraguayan international Nelson Valdez. Valdez has played for Werder Bremen, Borussia Dortmund and Valencia and has a decent enough European pedigree. We're going to be supposedly loaning him for 6 months whilst also retaining an option to buy outright.

We are also looking at replacements for Vladimir Weiss and these will be one of either :-

Oscar Trejo, 25 - an Argentine with Italian Passport who is currently signed to Toulouse and rated at €2m.

Hernan Perez, 24 - a Paraguayan with Italian Passport who is currently signed to Villareal and rated at €1.6m.

Trejo seems to have the edge at the minute and we're looking to complete both signings before midnight tomorrow.

We beat Xanthi by two goals to nil earlier tonight. The win was kind of overshadowed by the news about Weiss leaving but we put on a good display.

Olaitan got the opener after a mad scramble in the box saw the ball land at his feet and Ibagaza got the second with a cross which beat the defence and the goalkeeper. He literally walked the ball into the net to get the second goal.

Olaitan really should have scored at least one more goal but he was unlucky with being beaten to the ball on a couple of occasions.

The game was a decent win for us and we move onto the next matchday with another three points.

Late last night we confirmed the signing of Abdisalam Ibrahim from Manchester City.

Ibrahim is a young Norwegian (born Somalia) midfielder who has signed a contract for the next three and a half years.

He has been on loan at various clubs (most recently at Stromsgodset in Norway) and will now go on loan to Ergotelis until the end of the season.

As the cliche goes, the game today really was a game of two halves. The first half was pretty poor by any standards for us. Despite opening up with a full strength team, we really struggled to control possession and got very chances on the Levadiakos goalmouth. It was Levadiakos who were pressuring during the half and the half really couldn't be over soon enough for me.

The second half was much better, Olaitan scored the opening goal after putting the final touch on a ball pinging around the Levadia 6 yard box. The goal seemed to change the game around and from this point onwards we were pushing the ball well into their area. The second goal came from a tight shot to the left of goal courtesy of Jose Holebas and it sealed the win for us.

Not the worst game in the world but due to the first half, it was hardly the best either. Overall we were far from convincing and it looked like Mitroglou wasn't match ready.

I haven't been able to write any updates or articles in the last ten days for various reasons (mainly hospital reasons) so I thought I'd best do a summary. During this time, we've played two matches - 1 cup and 1 league, winning the first and drawing the second. The cup game was played at home in Karaiskaki roughly seven days ago and saw us thrash Asteras Tripolis by a 4-1 scoreline. We now hold a three goal advantage ahead of the return leg and will almost certainly be anough to see us advance.
At the weekend, we drew against Atromitos 0-0 away in Peristeri. It was a slightly disappointing result for us but we're still clear at the top of the league by a vast amount so it's hardly a result which will cause us any serious problems. The most important thing from the match was the return of Kostas Mitroglou after a lengthy injury period.

More serious however is the case with Dimitris Siovas. He had been injured recently and had to undergo surgery in the last week. This means that he will be out of action for at least two months and reduces us to only two centrebacks on the team - Avraam (also seemingly not fit) and Manolas. At the weekend we had to use Bong as an emergency centreback because of the lack of cover. The rumours have it that we are desperately hunting for cover and probably will be signing someone this month. I'm not sure who this will be but I hope that we don't get ripped off by other clubs now that they know about our problems. So it would seem that the move to offload Carl Medjani was a little premature but on the other hand he was slow and had the same turning circle as the Titanic.

So this minor problem aside, it hasn't been the worst ten daysever. This weekend we play Levadiakos in Karaiskaki, lets see how we do then.

Four goals (Saviola, Dominguez, Manolas and Machado) won us the match today at Karaiskaki. We had possession of the ball throughout the match and had a number of shots on goal finally managing to confirm the game as won in the 54th minute. We made a lot of attacking runs and controlled possession (sometimes as high as 70% ) but seemed to be guilty of wanting to walk the ball into the net.
After the send goal though, we continued to pressure and the reward was a third goal in the 65th minuteKallonis sat deep even after falling behind quite early on and very rarely threatened during the first half. They started to come forwards after the halftime break but without any real success, if anything it allowed us to exploit their formation even further.
Machado put the seal on the win and it was all over after that
